Who lied on Christine HYLAND?
Information sent to the California Taxpayers Protection Committee from Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District EVMWD's Administration office. Had to have been an insider. Sources are saying that the information of lies aganist Chris Hyland to the Taxpayers Committee were sent by Greg Morrison a staff member of EVMWD at the request of Phil Williams and Kristine Anderson. EM2 urges Chris Hyland to do everything in her power to expose these ungodly people to include Judy Gug lie's lana for playing the ungodly game to get elected at the expense of lying on and put out flyers that depict lies aganist Chris Hyland also potraying her as a witch.
Em2 urges that flyers projecting the truth should be mailed to every registered voter who voted in Division3 exposing what a trouble maker Judy G is calling for a recall on Judy G in no later than six months. A civil lawsuit should be filed against Phil Williams, Kristine Anderson and Ben Wicke for defrauding the ratepayers/taxpayers of Days of Service that were not on the Matrix and all the unauthorized Days of Service they paid to themselves and did not repay back. A strong effort should be made in getting to the bottom of Greg Morrison an the role a Riverside County deputy DA played in leaking Confidential information from Christine Hyland to Directors Phil Williams and Kristine Anderson. The DA that participated in the under handed act should be reported to the lawyers bar in Los Angeles for disbaredment from practicing law. Phil Williams and Kristine Anderson should be sanctioned for participating. America cannot allow any citizen to get away with such acts.

I was at the meeting when the board voted on this trip. Kris Anderson must be to busy to attend these luxurious trips because she voted against it and stated I think only one person should attend. Then her very good friend Phil stated he felt it was extremely important for all the board to attend because he got the idea to use solar power on the roof of EVMWD at a past AQUA convention, What a genious he is he cant even think of an idea like this himself.I think he's lying anyway what does AQUA have to do with the sun.The conference is about water remember you fat head. 20,000 dollars is BULLSHIT THAT SPELLS LUXURY. This woman is 77 years old and in the past three months based on all those dirty lying flyers that you and the bitch who is her oponent sent out you have left her in a state of a possible heart attack.
In the past 4 months of the campaign she has had to have several heart grams of various kinds taken because of the stress and anxiety this campaign has caused her. No one seems to know why you people are doing this to her.

Chris Hyland is absolutely right about being picked on by the massive crooks. As stated in the todays California News. For thier information EM2 urged Hyland to go to the AQUA CONFERENCE IN THE INTEREST OF THE RATEPAYERS in an effort to protect the ratepayers from being RIPPED off by the massive crooks. and to carry out her elected official duties down to the wire. EM2's feelings were that if Hyland had not gone and knowing from experience what slimmie representives the rest of the board members are and have surley demonstrated that if anyone is not watching will steal or misspend the ratepayers Public Funds. EM2 IS KEEPING IN MIND HOW Directors Phil Williams, Kristine Anderson and Ben Wicke stole thousands of dollars of the ratepayers Public Funds unauthorized in the name of Days of Service from 2001 to early 2006. And the Riverside County District Attorney's office let them of scott free. What disturbs EM2 most is that they claim to be paying some of not all of the stolen funds back under an accounting system where as the funds are deducted from there Days of Service pay check. EM2 does not know what the terms are for the deductions of that which was to be paid back from their checks whether or not it was taken in one lump sum or payment plan. Perhaps the news reporters at the Californian News should find out. Another disturbing factor in the pay back is that it has never been reported whether or not the pay back went back from 2001 to early 2006 or if the three paid back only part of the stolen Public Funds. The ratepayers should get a serious GRIPP on watching how their FUNDS ARE BEING SPENT. The DA'S Office is not going to protect you from public crooks. You will have to do it yourself. EM2 Suspect wtf em3 to be Greg Morrison at the request of Directors President Phil Williams, Kristine Anderson and possibly Harvey Ryan. And by an ananymous letter put out by employees fed up by self serving Directors he is in a conspiracy with a deputy DA discussing confidential information that Chris Hyland were attempting to expose wrong doings at EVMWD Morrision in term were keeping Phil Williams and Kristine Anderson up to speed. Greg Morrision should be fired from working at any public office per EM2's OPINION In the interest of the ratepayers and community EM2 seriously urge the ratepayers to investigate EVMWD REQUESTING DOCUMENTATION THROUGH the Public Records Act. Form a committee to raise funds in an effort to take EVMWD TO COURT TO RE COUP ALL OF THE MISAPPROPRIATION OF PUBLIC FUNDS. You see they are picking on Chris Hyland because they have a need to discredit Hyland and get her out of the way in order to steal and finagle more Public Funds this is the real reason they wanted to keep her away from the AQUA Conference. They could care less about how the ratepayers Public Funds are spent. Ask yourself a question? How is it that they are stealing and misappropriating your funds and at the same time interested in your protection? IMPOSSIBLE. EM2 suspect that they maybe misappropriating public funds through a laundering system of billings. REQUEST ALL OF THE BILLING INVOICES ON HOW ALL OF THE FUNDS FOR LEAPS ARE PAID OUT AND TO WHOM THE PAYEE'S ARE, WITHOUT DELAY.

Chris Hyland should have made sure the board members paid back the money she started the whole thing and never followed through. You shouldn't do something like that and not follow through, it leaves the constituents wondering what happened. chris gets to feel like a big shot while she leaves us all hanging. If Chris got paid 191 to go to the Disneyland Hotel and have fun she is a hypocrite she exposed the greedy scum for getting paid to go to mayor's breakfasts and then she does the same thing. Im not getting paid 2000 dollars a month to scream im fighting for my constituents while I collect 191 dollars go to Disneyland and scream im fighting for my constituents at the next meeting. Im not going to do Chris Hylands job. She needs to finish what she started. Before having all of the facts and up-to-date information / data on the hydro plant proposal Mr. Weber once again made himself look like a fool.
Pete can you and the council maybe get together before you do an interview with the a news agency and get your facts stright?

wtf em3, furthermore the LEAPS Project will never make a profit no matter HOW you attempt to slice it. Common sense alone shows this!!!!! EM2 good job the web site is intresting to say the least. wtf em3 dosen't seem to like Mr. Weber's figures. If anything the figures will be worse in the next FERC report. Weber is hardly off base, if anything things will get worse, if I remember correctly it will cost about 300,000,000 million dollars to bury the power lines. Phil Williams is a realtor with a high school diploma I wouldn't expect him to understand the numbers I have to go now will comment later.
The city will end up cleaning up the mess this project will create. It wont sell because its not a money maker. The city will be stuck. This is the GREAT WHITE ELEPHANT BOONDOGGLE OF ALL TIMES, THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE WILL BECOME A LAUGHING STOCK ONCE AGAIN IF THIS PROJECT GOES THROUGH! The council has been warned this project will lose money so Mr. Magee and Mr. Buckley you will be held responsible if you are not proactive because you have been warned by weber. Weber understands numbers and he also understands how nevada hydro and EVMWD are manipulating the numbers to make them look like something they absolutely are not. This was a simple number game for Weber to solve some are a little harder for him. Mr. Hickman we are not getting any money please plant this info in your lazy brain. I would be willing to bet not one of Magees puppets has read the EIS. The water board makes Mr. Magee feel like the president and he gets all puffed up when he goes to see them.
