rubber stamp man,

all of whom can be the charlatans.

EM2 suggest's that the citizens draw up a petition calling for a Federal Investigation

on not only the City Attorney's Financial Billings, but the state of the City's finances as a whole. There is something terribly wrong with City's Funds. Apparently, the City Attorney Ms. Barbara Liebold, is attempting to escape the Independent Audit Recommended in the Grand Jury Report for 2004 -2005 by claiming attorney client priviledges. EM2 believes that ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEDGES do not apply concerning funds paid out of taxpayers monies for the city attorney's billings. The position of City Attorney is a public office which is paid for by public funds. Thereby, making the position and any funds used, public information, therefore falling under the Public Records Act.Citizens can and definitely should petition for State and Federal audits. Under The City Attorney's and Councilperson's Genie Kelley and Bob Schiffner's WATCH, it has been discovered that money is MISSING!!! The trail of which is still yet to be discovered. Also, MISUSE OF THE HEALTH & WELLNESS BENEFIT PACKAGE VIOLATING RESOLUTION 88-1 together with MISUSE OF CITY CREDIT CARDS and other funds is Incomprehensable!!! An apparent ILLEGAL AGREEMENT, where as a private developer gets paid $ 100,000.00 every June which are paid by other property owners through Bond issue 98 L.L.C. (This issue and all the other issues are documented). City employees working under duress, along with stressful conditions, has caused a split and dissencion among City Staff. The most egregious thing about it all, is that the present day City Council goes,"Day In and Day Out" (wide awake...out acting as if nothing were wrong), CREATING more DEBT when they all should be grossly outraged at the BARE FACTS of whats BEEN going on and themselves!!!!!!! We can ONLY count on the City Treasurer, Mr. Peter Weber, who is showing that he cares about the finances of OUR CITY in the interest of OUR CITY. The CITIZENS and TAXPAYERS get no help from the Council(except creating higher tax bills) but at least he should for doing whats right, NO MATTER WHAT !!!!

BESIDES...how do you spell F A I T H !!!

The Council should be calling for both Local and Federal Investigations. Since the Council isn't doing anything, the CITZENS should, SERIOUSLY, through either a petition or a flood of personage ATTENDING THE COUNCIL MEETINGS, askig them to call for a serious investigation like they have going on in San Diego.

Councilpersons Genie Kelley and Robert Bob Magee are obviously losing focus on the real issues at hand. As per:

1.) The Rosetta Canyon area FIRE STATION, for HOME developement on Highway 74 close to the I- 15 freeway.

2.) More police protection IS needed and the police department needs to KNOW THAT THEY HAVE a strong supply of back up!!!

3.) How to resurface and maintain our present streets is not by spraying with hot oil. Repairs of many of our streets IS badly needed. For example, a huge pot hole repair, consisted of the Public Works Dept. coming out and spraying the word STOP in the pot hole. Hows that for efficiency???

4.) Having Town Hall Meetings meetings, more often, in a stronger effort to keep the citizens well informed on the state of the city.

5.) The planning of SAFETY and SECURITY MEASURES in the event of (God forbid)disasters. What citizens should do.

Instead they are focusing on projects, all of which should have long ago been introduced in a LONG TERM PLAN, as required by STATE LAW. They are on the late freight express on the Boys and Girls Club, and a new City Hall.

Here comes that WHIPPIN TRAIN again. HEADED FOR DOWNTOWN LAKE ELSINORE!!!

And now as a California News article reports "CITY SEEKS LOBBYIST" in WASHINGTON D.C.

"Lake Elsinore goal is to get Funds for SAFETY, the lake, and TRANSPORTATION. Again these issues/PROJECTS should first be addressed in the LONG TERM PLAN as required by STATE LAW. Every councilperson sworn in is highly expected to uphold the CONSTITUTION and STATE LAW. And also the Grand Jury Report Recommendations as well.They should be following the laws, not breaking them!!!

Chances are they will attempt to duct the Grand Jury Report because it will incriminate their own wrong doing on the FINANCES of OUR CITY. Because as quiet as it is kept, the FOX , that was sent to watch the chickens is laying on the council table, FAT AS HELL!!! On the TAKE. The CITIZENS/TAXPAYERS will need to work together to expose all involved. It will not happen on it's own, there needs to be a BREAKOUT!!!
