COURTS APPARENTLY RULES FOR GREED/Development
The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District has egregiously and in a heartless unethical manner used eminent domain to infringe not only on the rights and wishes of the dedicator and their HEIRS but also the rights of the public. The public has a vested interest and the right to the enjoyment of 3rd.St. Along with the children's right to ride their bikes on 3rd street. EVMWD have infringed on the dedicator wishes and the rights of all the public in a most ungracious way. The city of Lake Elsinore along with EVMWD. It would appear have, in a collusive manner,conspired against all interested parties and secretly used the procedures of eminent domain to violate the rights of all interested parties. EM2 first noticed an agenda item " Hearing to vacate 3rd street" in Feburary.The apparent collusive conpiracy was noticed when the city of Lake Elsinore continued the 3rd street hearings from Feburary every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month there after. Giving EVMWD time,basically,to secretly file a Resolution of Necessity to eminent domain 3rd street to install a sewer/water pump station. In the mean time the CORRUPT city of Lake Elsinore still continuing the Hearings to vacate 3rd street in the name of EVMWD while the City of Lake Elsinore was negotiating a purchase price to buy 3rd St. from it's owners,the City of Lake Elsinore. The whole time the city and EVMWD were putting one over on all interested parties. At the regular Council meeting on June 28th is when the Council allowed the hearings to finally go forward. And after all that,at the same council meeting,the city declared themselves a moot party and EVMWD had already secretly obtained a court judgement to eminent domain the public's right of way,3rd St. And the CORRUPT city and EVMWD'S negotiations to purchase 3rd street had already went out the window without another word. And yet another issue, the derelection of duties and responsibilities of EVMWD and the City has left these two public entities facing SEQA and State Law violations ie:
1.) Failure to notify all property owners within 300 feet of proposed site thus cutting off property owners ability to show contemplated future plans and or comments during the SEQA process. (Enviormental Study Report.)
2.) It appears civil rights have been violated. What the public needs is someone honest like Peter Weber and Christine Hyland to protect the public's interest.
Director Christine Hyland is the lone vote in the public's interest. Perhaps in her official capacity she could start a campagin to have EVMWD investigated with a independent audit on finances and procedures. EM2 would point out that on each side of 3rd street is more than 3 acres of vacant land but EVMWD chose to eminent domain the street which gave ingress and egress to the land owners. Now the land in part, is land locked, from the full use of 3rd streets ingress and egress.
In EM2's opinion, (and Chucks) the other four directors are absolutely and completely worthless !@!!!!!!!!!@! Also they are GREEEDY, EGOTESTICAL(whoops), SELF-CENTERED, DIRTY LO)W DOWN SCOUNDRELS with DEEE$EEEEEP POCKETS!!!!! And that is keeping it short and mild.
